Prior to joining Orion in 2021, Ms. Carr-Bond was Co-Head of Guest & Events Co-ordination at Numis, an investment bank, where she worked in operations. Ms. Carr-Bond holds a B.A. Honours degree in Media Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
