Nate Abebe

Nate Abebe is a Manager at Orion Industrial Ventures and is the President of Rigel Resource Acquisition Corp, a special-purpose acquisition company focused on critical metals and the general mining sector. 

Previously, Nate was focused on entrepreneurship through acquisition via the search fund model as the Founder of Rockpoint Capital.  Before Rockpoint, Nate was an Investment Manager at Orion Resource Partners. While at Orion, Nate executed and managed numerous investments in the mining sector.  Nate started his career at Lehman Brothers focused on derivatives trading and quantitative structuring.  Nate earned a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) in Finance.
