Dov Lader

Dov joined the firm in 2013 as Deputy General Counsel. Since joining Orion, he has been responsible for the legal formation of Orion’s private equity funds and the negotiation and structuring of fund transactions, including the sale of Orion’s royalty portfolio to Osisko Gold Royalties and Nomad Royalty Company, the acquisition of Dalradian Resources, and the acquisition and subsequent merger of Mantos Copper. He currently serves on the board of Dalradian and previously acted as director for Mantos. Prior to Orion, he was an associate with DLA Piper LLP (USA) in the investment funds and tax practice groups, where he managed the structuring and ongoing legal maintenance of Orion’s initial mine finance fund. Dov earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University Law School and his BBA in Finance from Queens College (CUNY). He is a member of the New York State Bar.
