James Hayter

Mr. Hayter has over a decade of experience in investing future facing metals equities. Mr. Hayter managed the Electrum Fund with Baker Steel from March 2019 until March 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Hayter worked for Rossport Investments, a private New York metals and mining hedge fund, for eight years, first as an analyst and then as a portfolio manager. Mr. Hayter has direct experience in the mining industry, most notably working on the Thacker Pass lithium project from 2008-2011. Mr. Hayter is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Hayter has a BA in Economics from University of Liverpool.
