Oskar Lewnowski is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Orion Resource Partners. Over the past decade Mr. Lewnowski has raised over $8 billion whilst spearheading the Investment Committee and deploying capital across 80+ portfolio companies. He is currently responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s expansion efforts. Before Orion, Mr. Lewnowski was a founding partner of the Red Kite Group and Chief Investment Officer of mine finance. His career began on the sales side across various roles and jurisdictions, enabling global investment experience.

Education: BA in Business Administration (Georgetown University), MBA from Leonard Stern School of Business (New York University).

Mr. Fallon is the Chief Executive Officer for Orion Commodities Management, the liquid investment division of Orion Resource Partners. Before joining the Orion Group, Mr. Fallon had over 30 yrs of global financial markets experience, mostly at Prudential Financial Inc including oversite across multiple asset classes.

Education: BA in History (Colgate University).

Mr. Barton is a Managing Partner and member of the Management Committee. Before Orion, Mr. Barton was Chief Executive Officer of Pala Investments, a mining-focused investment company. At Pala, Mr. Barton was responsible for all aspects of strategy development, deal origination, investment and portfolio management across a broad portfolio of investment types, including public equity, private equity, debt, convertible debt, royalties and product streams. In addition, his management responsibilities at Pala spanned several non-investments. Mr. Barton’s career began in various traditional financing roles in the metals and mining sectors.

Education: First Class Honours in Geography (University of Leicester), qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW).

Mr. Spiciarich is the Chief Executive Officer of Orion Merchant Services and has almost 40 years of experience in the metals business. Before joining Orion in 2015, Joe worked for Penoles Metals and Chemicals for over 20 years where he dealt primarily with base and precious metals. Before Penoles, he held several base metals trading roles.

Education: BA in Accounting (Manhattan College), MBA (Pace University).

Mr. Clegg is a Managing Partner. His recent focus has been on investment strategy and portfolio development in resources that drive the clean energy transition. Before Orion, Mr. Clegg was at Pala Investments, where he led Pala’s partnerships with their portfolio companies across all financial matters, he also oversaw acquisition finance for new investments and established and managed their long-short liquid portfolio. Before joining Pala, Mr. Clegg worked on the advisory side.

Education: Masters in Geology (Oxford University), qualified chartered accountant (ACA).

Ms. Cooper is the Director of Responsible Investing for Orion Resource Partners. Before joining Orion in June 2022, Ms. Cooper served as an ESG Senior Principal at Geosyntec Consultants. Ms. Cooper is an environmental attorney by background with ~30 years of experience working on sustainability related considerations across a wide array of industries including mining, energy, water, manufacturing, consumer products, and government.

Education: BS in Marketing (Michigan State University), MBA (Thunderbird), JD in environmental law (University of Colorado).

Mark is a Managing Partner and responsible for Orion Industrial Ventures; focused on emerging technology companies in the minerals, low-carbon materials and industrial energy sectors (launched 2023). Before Orion, Mark established and ran BHP Ventures, a leading metals and mining corporate venture capital group within the BHP Group, the world’s largest diversified natural resources company. His experience preceding BHP Ventures spanned public and private investments, including managing a large family office portfolio and working with leading venture capital investment firms.

Education: First Class Honours degree in Law and Commerce (University of Melbourne).

Mr. Feeley is the Chief Financial Officer for Orion Resource Partners. Before joining Orion in 2017, Mr. Feeley served as the Director of Finance for the Global Equities division of Citadel LLC. Before that, he spent several years at Goldman Sachs and has extensive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting.

Education: BS in Accounting (Rutgers University), licensed CPA ( New York State).

Mr. Hayter is a Managing Partner and responsible for Orion Resource Equities, with over a decade of experience in investing in energy transition metals. Mr. Hayter managed the Electrum Fund with Baker Steel for 4 years. Before that, Mr. Hayter worked for Rossport Investments, a boutique metals and mining fund, first as an analyst and then as a portfolio manager. He has also worked in the mining industry.

Education: BA in Economics and Social History (University of Liverpool), CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Gashler is the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for Orion Resource Partners and General Counsel/Chief Operating Officer for Orion Commodities Management. He has over 20 years of experience advising investment managers, hedge funds and private equity funds. Before joining Orion, he worked in a similar capacity across several financial institutions.

Education: BA in Economics (University of Rochester), JD (Catholic University School of Law), member of New York State Bar.

Mr. Lamb is a Managing Partner. Mr. Lamb currently serves on the board of directors of Sweetwater Royalties and Rigel Resource Acquisition Corp and has previously served on the boards of Atalaya Mining plc and Lynx Resources Ltd. Prior to Orion, Mr. Lamb worked in traditional Investment Banking primarily focused on financing solutions across the base metals, precious metals, coal and steel sectors.

Education: BA in Finance and Government (College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business).

Ms. Ghosh is the Chief Strategy Officer for Orion Resource Partners and joined in July 2023 to focus on building strategic partnerships and initiatives across the Orion Platform, working closely with the Group CEO. Prior to joining Orion she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and running their Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Capital Introduction efforts globally. Ms. Ghosh has 18 years of experience across three investment banks and three regions covering alternative investment firms.

Education: BSc in Economics (London School of Economics & Political Science)

Mr. Rozenauers is a Managing Partner and member of the Management Committee. He is responsible for the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of portfolio investments and oversees asset management activities across the Mine Finance portfolios. He has served on the Board of Lynx Resources, MacPhersons Resources, Blackham Resources and Heron Resources. Before Orion, Mr. Rozenauers worked on the sales side across three Investment Banks.

Education: BEng (Honors 1) in Mining (University of NSW), Masters in Applied Finance (University of Technology Sydney).

Kirsten Wolf is the Chief Risk Officer for Orion Resource Partners and head of Orion’s Sustainability Committee. Before Orion, Ms. Wolf was the Chief Risk Officer for the Red Kite Group’s Mine Finance business. Before joining Red Kite in 2006, Ms. Wolf worked primarily in risk management roles across various commodity-focused firms.

Education: BEng (Honors1) in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering from the University of Bath.

Mr. Zollei is a Managing Partner and a member of the Management Committee. He has served on the boards of Capstone Copper, Mantos Copper, Lundin Gold, Nomad Royalty, Premier Gold, and Greenstone Gold Mines. Before Orion, Mr. Zollei was an Investment Manager for the Red Kite Group's Mine Finance business, a predecessor to Orion. Before joining Red Kite in 2012, he worked in various investment roles at private equity funds and investment banks, primarily focused on the Natural Resources sector.

Education: BA in Economics (Harvard College), MBA in Finance and Management from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania).

Mr. Zales is the Chief Marketing Officer for Orion Resource Partners. Before joining Orion in March 2020, Mr. Zales was a Managing Director at Kimmeridge Energy, where he held a similar role. Mr. Zales began his private equity investor relations and fundraising career in the Alternatives Advisory and Placement Group at Lehman Brothers.

Education: BS in Applied Economics (Summa Cum Laude, Cornell University), MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University).
